von Rundstedt collaborated with HR Today to conduct this year's labour market study to take a closer look at companies' recruitment practices. We wanted to find out how employers' recruitment behaviour has changed due to the increasing influence of skills shortages and AI.

Everything seems to be crying out for purpose and sustainability these days. The main purpose of work no longer seems to be to secure existence. The state has long since taken over this function.

Demographic change is transforming the labour market in the long term. On the one hand, the proportion of older workers is continuously increasing. On the other hand, the shortage of skilled workers is worsening as more people are retiring than are entering the labour market.
