Demographic change is transforming the labour market in the long term. On the one hand, the proportion of older workers is continuously increasing. On the other hand, the shortage of skilled workers is worsening as more people are retiring than are entering the labour market.

von Rundstedt collaborated with HR Today to examine eight controversial labour market issues in this year's labour market survey. "There are phenomena in the Swiss labour market that are obviously contradictory and not easy to understand" says von Rundstedt CEO Pascal Scheiwiller.
