Alixio strengthens its presence in Switzerland: von Rundstedt Switzerland and X-PM now operate under the Alixio brand
Zurich, 24 March 2026 – The Alixio Group is further expanding its position in Switzerland and will consolidate its activities under a single brand going forward. The former companies von Rundstedt Schweiz and X-PM Schweiz will now operate under the Alixio brand. This creates an integrated provider for Transformation Consulting, outplacement, talent development and Interim Management.
With this move, Alixio brings together its expertise across the entire HR value chain. Companies will now have access to an expanded range of services – from HR support during transformations, through targeted talent development, to outplacement and career reorientation for individual specialists and executives or entire workforces.
Continuity and expansion at the same time
For existing corporate clients and individual clients nothing changes in their collaboration: the existing teams, contacts, programmes and expertise remain the same. At the same time, the integration under the Alixio brand opens up new opportunities to support transformations holistically, cover different HR needs from a single source and benefit from the much larger Alixio community and expertise. In Switzerland, alongside the various Alixio units, the entire OTP Group is also included.
