HR Research “Recruitment Practices”

von Rundstedt collaborated with HR Today to conduct this year’s labour market study to take a closer look at companies’ recruitment practices. We wanted to find out how employers’ recruitment behaviour has changed due to the increasing influence of skills shortages and AI. The study is based on an extensive survey in which 936 HR managers and executives throughout Switzerland took part. The results are broken down by sector, region and company size.

The results of the study were presented and discussed on 13 November in Zurich, 18 November in Lausanne, 25 November in Geneva and 3 December in Lugano.
